Activate SIM

Before you get started, make sure you have the below items with you.

You'll need:

Physical SIM Card or eSIM compatible device

SIM card number printed on the plastic SIM card holder or welcome information in your watch box. If you purchased a mobile plan when you bought a watch online, check your email for the voucher code.

Valid ID

Australian Driver Licence, Medicare Card or Passport.

Credit Card

Mastercard or Visa.

Voucher

If you purchased a Spacetalk Mobile plan online with a new watch, check your email for a voucher code sent from: mobilesupport@spacetalk.co.
